The materials used in the design and structure of the product were chosen considering the health and comfort of our pet.
Our aim with the wooden materials we use; our friends' communication with the natural and nature is not interrupted.
The product is made from high class polished beech wood and coated with eco EN71 certified wax.
Beech wood is very strong and flexible.
The wood is coated with ecological, pet safe natural protective wax for wood, containing linseed oil that is specially prepared for wood processing, colophony (pine resin), bees wax and composition of other high quality waxes, it has a pleasant aroma of honey.
Advantages of wax for wood:

+ Ensures antistatistic features of surface (doesn’t attract dust).
+ Grants slightly velvety gloss.
+ Waxed surface is easy to clean.

The furniture is consigned in a knock-down form. It is very easy to build it up, a complete set has everything that is necessary for that including a guidance note and a mounting hardware!
Recommended for small breeds of cats and dogs.

It should be used indoors, it is not suitable for outdoor use.
Fabric parts should be washed at 30 C.
Should not be dried in the dryer after washing.
Fabric Parts (from their reverse side) can be ironed at low temperatures.
Before the covers of the cushions are washed, their zippers should be opened and removed.
It should not be cleaned with hard cleaning materials.
It can be cleaned with a wet cloth without using cleaning chemicals.

Some collections are handmade and are delivered to cargo within 2-5 working days.
When Will I Receive My Orders?
Welter Atelier offers EXPRESS shipping to all of Europe/North America.
All orders to Europe & North America are shipped via DHL EXPRESS on a tracked service. Delivery time frames vary from country to country. Delivery time is 4-5 days max for Europe & North America countries.

Once you made an order you will receive a mail that will show your order confirmation and list of your items. Then, your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will get a second mail titled; 'Shipping notification' this notification will list all of your items and a 'Track your order' link will show. Please follow this link to be redirected to your tracking info. Note tracking will only update once scanned by the shipping company, please allow 24 hours for this to update.

Will I Pay The Shipping Charge for My Orders?
It depends on the quantity and price of the product you buy. You can see the cargo price at checkout page before payment.
What should I do if the product I want to buy is out of stock?
welteratelier.co is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. It may be possible for the consumer to make bulk purchases of the same product and in this case the product stock may be exhausted.
You will be notified with a confirmation email. If any of the products you have chosen is not available in stock, you will be directed to an e-mail about the subject and you will be notified of the date when the product first enters the stocks.
If the product you have paid over the internet is out of stock, there is a minimum waiting period of 4 (four) and a maximum of 10 (ten) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, his payment is returned to him.
CUSTOMS & MISSED PARCELS
Customs and Duties
**We shipped your orders from Turkey. Our production atelier at Turkey.
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to WELTER ATELIER due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.
Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to WELTER ATELIER, we will then issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted by the customer via firstname.lastname@example.org
